We are offering challenging position for Senior HR Recruiter to join our internal Team!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle recruiting process from initial meetings with Clients to sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, closing for a wide range of roles (Junior, Senior and Executive)
- Using all DEKRA tools and platforms in recruitment and assessment process
- Manage and update the candidate database.
- Reporting to Clients and Company management
- Organizing other HR services from the DEKRA portfolio (employee satisfaction, engagement and climate assessment)
- Improving existing and creating new HR services depending on the Client's needs
- Making annually plan for costs and revenues in HR department.
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in psychology is advantage
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment (Agency background would be an asset)
- Experience in headhunting, interviews, and evaluation is essential
- Experience with sourcing techniques, social networks, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, outgoing personality with a high level of adaptability
- Outstanding organizational skills
