Our client is a reputable company, Rubix, a European leader in industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services.

They are expanding their team, and we are offering a challenging position of a:

National Key Account Manager

Niš or Belgrade


                                                                   

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of national and multi‑site key customers
  • Lead national negotiations (framework agreements, pricing structures, rebates, SLAs)
  • Manage tenders, RFQs, and contract renewals
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders (procurement, operations, engineering)
  • Define and execute long‑term account plans aligned with customer needs and Rubix strategy
  • Ensure alignment between local execution and national strategy
  • Ensure a consistent Rubix experience across all locations
  • Work closely with local sales teams, specialists, logistics, operations, digital, and finance

Expectations:

  • University degree in a technical field, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management within B2B environments
  • Strong background in industrial distribution, MRO, or technical services
  • Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal), additional languages are an advantage
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, outgoing personality 
  • Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach
