Clivet is expanding their team in Serbia, and we are offering a challenging position of a:

HVAC Sales Engineer (Central and Southern Serbia)


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (installers, wholesalers, designers)
  • Actively sell HVAC products and solutions in the territory of Central and Southern Serbia
  • Provide technical support and consulting to customers regarding product selection and application
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and identify new business opportunities
  • Organize presentations and training sessions for customers and partners
  • Regularly report sales results and activities to management

Expectations:

  • Technical university degree with strong interest in HVAC technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC (heat pumps, packaged, mono and multi splits, VRF solutions)
  • Knowledge of the HVAC market in Central and Southern Serbia is a plus
  • Proficiency in English language is essential
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
